El envío pésimo, no se ponen en contacto con el cliente para intentar proponer otro horario o dirección de entrega hasta pasados dos días no recibes esa posibilidad lo que alarga la entre 3 días más. La atención al cliente que hasta ahora he tenido de 10, del producto aún no puedo hablar porque todavía no lo tengo.

Nos consta de que le avisamos al día siguiente por email del retraso por ausencia en su domicilio (SEUR intentó en dos ocasiones entregar el pedido). En el le indicamos número de seguimiento para concertar nueva entrega o recogerlo en la oficina de SEUR usted misma si le es más cómodo. De todos los pedidos que he hecho en muchas páginas de Internet, está ha sido la peor página que he visto, es la primera y última vez que compró algo aquí y mucho menos la recomendare. Es un vacile el envío además aún no me llegó, lo compre el 05/09/2018 y estamos a 10 y aún no llegó, es una vergüenza.
