No cumplieron con el plazo de envío y sólo se disculparon, quizás si no pueden devolver los gastos de envío podrían tener algún detalle; un cupón descuento por ejemplo.

Entendemos tu postura, pues de las dos camisetas que compraste, hay una que no te llegó a tiempo, la otra, sabemos que te llegó tal como nos comprometemos habitualmente. Después de haber hablado por teléfono contigo, comprendemos perfectamente tu disgusto, pues la necesitabas para un cumpleaños, lo cual lamentamos mucho. Ha sido un fallo puntual del transportista, que estamos investigando, en cuanto nos diga algo, nos pondremos de nuevo en contacto contigo. Creemos que le debemos de dar un voto de confianza a la empresa logística, pues de los 3 envíos que te hemos hecho con ellos, sólo te han fallado en 1, y de nuestra parte, itrop.com, no te preocupes, pues lo solucionaremos.
