Unos estafadores de poca monta , Al finalizar el pago te dan la opción de pagar un envío exprés o elegir el envío gratuito que es ordinario, al rato de pedir el envío gratuito te llaman pidiendo dinero supuestamente por el mismo envío gratuito

Hola, nosotros no ofrecemos envío expres y ordinario. Sólo tenemos dos opciones, ENVIO a su domicilio en 24-48 horas y RECOGIDA en nuestro almacén, en La Coruña. La recogida es gratuita, que es lo que usted ha seleccionado.
El envío a domicilio es gratuito para pedidos superiores a 30,25€. Y su pedido no llega a ese importe.

Creemos que es bastante clara la información, pero gracias a su reporte estudiaremos como mostrar mejor esta información.

Material barato. Pero nefasta calidad. Llevo una semana para intentar devolver dos pedidos. Y me dicen que lo envíe que no me dan ni número de devolución ni etiqueta ni nada. Desaconsejó por completo. Mucho mejor iluminashop. Con diferencia. Y encima como es a través del market place de bricodepot. No me atienden ni telefónicamente. No compra jamás aquí.

Fatal, paquete perdido por culpa de la agencia de transporte, llamo en cuatro ocasiones y no dan respuesta, siempre dicen lo mismo, que tienen que preguntar al transporte, no son responsables. Después de 12 días, localizo mi paquete en otro domicilio de otra localización que dejaron el paquete, por suerte no se abrió. Jandei no se han hecho responsables para nada. Mal.
