Tras haber realizado el venido para todo ha salido bien salvo la entrega que aún no ha sido realizada y no sé dónde se encuentra mi paquete ya que según el correo que tengo de Tipsa empresa de mensajería dice que mi paquete ha sido gestionado en mi domicilio no está y en el punto de recogida tampoco

Hola, buenas tardes,
Lamentamos el retraso de su pedido, pero se envío el viernes 27 de febrero y sale en reparto el lunes 2 de marzo, ese mismo día se solicita la entrega en otra dirección, quizá un punto de recogida, pero a nosotros no nos consta esa información, lo que retrasa la entrega.
Hoy día 4 de marzo aparece en reparto, no podemos confirmar la entrega, tendría que ponerse en contacto con la agencia TIPSA con la que gestionó el cambio de dirección de entrega.
Si podemos ayudarle estamos a su disposición.
