Encantada con la carta.es preciosa y a mi hija le hizo muchísima ilusión.tubimos un problema con el envío pero inmediatamente un trabajador se puso en contacto conmigo y soluciono el problema mandándome otra carta de manera urgente.la teníamos en casa en menos de 24 horas. Y sin tener ningún coste. Se preocuparon muchísimo para que mi hija tuviera su carta. Sinceramente me sorprendió gratamente que alguien que no nos conoce se preocupara tanto por mi hija.por supuesto la seguiré pidiendo otros años y la seguiré recomendando.
