Yolanda nosotros nos pusimos en contacto contigo para darte soluciones y no recibimos contestación alguna, ahora mismo te he escrito un correo privado para darte de nuevo una solución , porque nosotros si hay problema respondemos , pero si el cliente no nos informa debidamente no podemos adivinarlo.Correos a veces falla y esto no lo podemos controlar , pero si darte una solución por nuestra parte.

Yolanda buenas tardes, hemos revisado y efectivamente el pedido te deberia haber llegado puesto que es del dia 21.El mes de Agosto suelen haber retrasos porque la plantilla de Correos está bajo minimos.Si te parece a principios de la semana que viene volvemos a hablar y en cualquier caso por nuestra parte te daremos solución.Disculpa las molestias.

Placa muy bonita según aparece en web y servicio rápido. Sólo mejoraría la imagen de la letra que aparece en la web, que no se corresponde con la de la placa y no sabes cual es hasta que no la recibes y la ves ya fabricada.
