Buenos días,pues sólo tengo buenas palabras para mi pedido,había probado el jamón de Teruel,de Trevelez,y este vuestro me ha salido buenísimo,gran textura con la grasa infiltrada y muy buen sabor,enhorabuena y seguid haciendo buenos productos,y el chorizo de Cantimpalos que pedí,buenísimo de sabor.

He encontrado esta pieza algo cargada en meses de curación, según la ficha de salación, cumplirá tres años el próximo junio. Esta pieza la encuentro no tan jugosa como otras consumidas en años anteriores. Aunque no tengo ficha anterior a esta compra, llevo comiendo sus productos y jamones hace años. Una señora jubilada, vecina de los Ángeles de San Rafael, al venir a nuestro pueblo de vacaciones, pasaba por la fabrica en Tabanera y me hacía con sus gustosos productos. Desgraciadamente ahora ya no está con nosotros. Un saludo. Anselmo
