Buenos días Juan Cruz, tanto desde las oficinas como desde nuestro servicio técnico se estuvo en permanente contacto contigo para resolver las dudas de configuración que tenias hasta que fue posible concertar una cita en la que estuvieras presente en la instalación para revisarlas. Dudas que se resolvieron y que no se debían en ningún caso al producto adquirido, quedando en perfecto funcionamiento la instalación. Gracias y saludos.

Buenos días Valentín, desgraciadamente y debido al error por falta de stock solo teníamos la posibilidad de reintegrarte tu compra (lo cual hicimos) o esperar a que el fabricante nos repusiera el equipo que teníamos sin stock, dado que no hay ningún equipo que se te pudiera ofrecer como sustituto del cable que requerías. Es decir, te dimos todas las soluciones previstas y estipuladas en las condiciones de venta. Sentimos el percance y esperamos poder re-encontrarnos en el futuro. Gracias.

Unos días después de haber realizado el pedido, me enviaron un correo que decía que ya se había enviado y tardaría entre 48 y 72h. Tras 6 días de espera llamé para saber qué ocurría con mi envío y resulta que el producto no lo tenían en stock y que tardaría 10 dias en llegarles más los consiguientes días de envío.
Tras saber está información me tocó buscar en otro lugar el producto para que me llegase con la urgencia que lo requería (con los correspondientes costes por envío urgente, casi lo mismo que valía el producto), todo esto por culpa de la mala gestión del almacén.
Gracias a esto no realizaré ninguna compra a través de esta tienda.

Buenos días Valentín, es cierto que se produjo un error con la actualización del stock el día de tu compra y que no nos dimos cuenta hasta pasados unos días, razón por la que nos disculpamos personalmente contigo y aprovechamos nuevamente esta opinión para hacerlo. Reconocido el error, lo cierto es que algunos equipos (especialmente marca Victron) dependemos de los tiempos del fabricante para reponerlos en nuestro almacén, que son los 10 días que te indicamos. En todo momento se te ofreció la posibilidad de esperar o el reembolso integro de tu compra. Sentimos que tu experiencia sea negativa y que mas tarde vuelvas a darnos otra oportunidad. Gracias.
