Por mucho que uno pueda demostrar que se han equivocado, ellos siguen es sus trece. Pedí endurecedor de uñas y me enviaron un tratamiento para cutículas. Nefasto el trato para conseguir licué quería. Luego me decían que estaba agotado. Yo me lo he comido con patatas y al cubo de la basura. Ni compraré más y por supuesto invito a que huyáis de este sitio porque seréis vilmente engañados.

El envío llegó perfecto y la atención al cliente un 10. Cometí el error de pedir una máquina que no era la que yo quería y me facilitaron mucho hacer la devolución/cambio por la que si quería.
Los recomiendo sin duda alguna.

Pesimo. Hace años que compro en esta tienda y compre un secador parlux que me costó 140 euros con su garantia hace un mes aproximadamente. El secador se ha roto porque las aspas del motor tocan al lateral sin que haya tenido mas que un uso diario en mi gimnasio no habiendolo movido de mi maletero y he venido a devolverlo un mes despues hoy que solo hace un mes que lo paguè y la empresa mathiss no me da ninguna solucion ni me lo cambia ni me lo arregla ni me devuelve el dinero y está en garantia. Discuutiendo lali conmigo porque ella no tenia solucion para su problema me ha dicho que me proponia una hoja de reclamaciones o llamar a la policia.increible. besos rebe ni una estrella les doy pero tengo que hacerlo porke si no no se publica

A la policía vas a llamar porque te estoy pidiendo que me cambies el secador que tú me has vendido hace un mes y está estropeado costando 140 € estando yo educada en la puerta con su ticket su garantía y todo lo que necesito cucut
