Me mandaron el que no era y ahora tengo cuatro tintes marrones en vez de azules y se me pasó el tiempo de devolución que es muy poco dado que hay productos que se usan al tiempo ...como ha sido mi caso...

El producto enviado fue el correcto y correspondía exactamente con la referencia seleccionada por usted en el momento de realizar la compra.

No obstante, cuando nos comunicó que el producto no era el que deseaba, le facilitamos el enlace para gestionar su devolución. Además, nuestras devoluciones son gratuitas, por lo que podía haber realizado el cambio sin ningún coste, pero finalmente dicha devolución no llegó a tramitarse.

Respecto al plazo, disponemos de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido para solicitar la devolución, que es el plazo general establecido legalmente para el derecho de desistimiento en compras online.

Sentimos que en este caso el producto no fuese el que usted necesitaba, pero tanto el envío realizado como el procedimiento de devolución ofrecido fueron correctos.

Buenos días, El producto que nos indica es una coloración vegetal, que tiene poder de matizar canas, aunque no con la cobertura de un tinte convencional, pero si que las pigmenta bastante. En cuanto al color canela que me indica, si su color es moreno, tiene que tener en cuenta que este producto al no llevar amoníaco ni oxidante, no tiene poder de aclaración, por lo que el tono "canela" solo se vería en la zona donde haya cana, el resto no conseguiría matizar un color tan oscuro como un moreno. En cualquier caso le indico que el color Canela es el número 41 - Cinnamon. Muchas gracias por su tiempo Un saludo
