Recibí mi pedido rápidamente, es la segunda vez que pido flecos. Esta vez estoy algo disgustada porque yo pedí los flecos amarillo canario (había dos tonalidades de amarillo) y me llegó el más anaranjado (preciosos también). Lo que no sé e imagino que me tendrán que aclarar ustedes, es por que los flecos miden 46 cm en vez de 50 cuando yo tengo flecos que he comprado de 50 y miden hasta 53cm.
No obstante los he utilizado y quedan preciosos, pero quería que ustedes supieran que los flecos no tienen la medida que compré

Estimada cliente. Sentimos que el color del fleco que le llegó en esta segunda ocasión no fuera el que usted esperaba. Solo tenemos dos amarillos en esta longitud: uno yema y otro mostaza. Siempre, cuando buscáis un color en concreto, os aconsejamos que nos escribáis y pidáis fotos adicionales para que, de esta manera, podáis decidir si os viene bien o no antes de la compra.
Por otra parte, lo de la longitud del fleco, seguramente se deba al proceso de fabricación del mismo. Unas veces, puede llegar con unos milímetros de menos o de más según su elaboración y estirado. Cualquier cuestión, no dude en contactar con nosotros. Saludos
