Según las escribí por WhatsApp recibí contestación rápido,respondieron todas mis preguntas y me ayudaron a elegir correctamente lo que quería.
Me fueron enseñando como iba la mochila de mi niña y avisaron del momento del envío y de como había quedado.
Rapidez,amabilidad, profesionalidad...
TODO de 10!

Hablan con el cliente antes de empezar a elaborar el pedido, telas que van a actualizar en la pág web por si prefieres cambiar de opinión.
La elaboración es a mano, pedido entregado a las 24h de comprarlo.
Muy bien empaquetado y con un regalito.
Es la segunda compra y encantada.
Repito seguro.

Tengo que darle 5 estrellas porque no hay más, pero se merecen 10. Desde que te pones en contacto con ella para hacer un pedido, su atención, su recomendación en cuanto a tallas y telas. El envío rapidísimo y eso que todo era personalizado. Se preocupan también del seguimiento. Y ya cuando tienes el pedido en casa es cuando aprecias la delicadeza y el amor que le ponen a su trabajo y la calidad de las telas. Sin duda volveré a pedir. Muchas gracias por todo y enhorabuena por el trabajo qué hacéis. Seguir así.

Estoy súper contenta con el resultado, pedí una mochila con el nombre bordado y una toalla a juego con el nombre también bordado, y no me pudo encantar más el resultado, y la calidad es de 10.
Además las chicas son muy atentas y te ayudan a la hora de combinar telas. Sin duda repetiré.

Muy buena atención al cliente, calidad en sus productos y rapidez en la elaboración y envío. Al recibir una prenda a mi bebé le estaba pequeña y me la cambiaron sin problemas. Sin duda repetiré comprando más cosas.

Atención fantástica! Trato cercano, amable, muy volcada con sus clientes, ofreciendo ideas, propuestas...con un gusto precioso para la ropa de nuestros babies !!!!!

Envío en 24/48, o poquito más dependiendo de si te pilla finde por el medio, o del modelo elegido...pero va muy rápido!!! Así q genial también en este sentido.

Ya he comprado varios looks para mi bebé y siempre de 10!!! Buenas telas, buenos acabados, talla perfecta!!!

Encargué a medida para niños de 2 y 6 años para llevarles iguales ranitas, peto, camisa. Increíble la calidad y detalle en la confección y las telas. Súper contenta con el resultado y además muy rápido. Sin duda repetiré muy pronto!

Recomiendo al 100%! Ojalá las hubiera conocido antes. Los albornoces y los ponchos son muy gustosos, los mejores que he probado para los niños. El tiempo de realización es muy corto y la atención totalmente personalizada. Ya he comprado más de una vez y seguro que lo volveré a hacer
