Politica de devolución no adaptada al mercado actual y al contexto de las fiestas. Muchas empresas ampliaron el periodo maximo para la devolución durante las últimas fiestas de navidad.

Tal y como ponemos en la página y como hablamos por teléfono, el plazo de devolución es de 15 días en el caso que algún producto no sea de tu agrado y no esté abierto.

Nos indicaste que querías devolver unos productos pasado 1 mes...

De corazón, si el mayorista nos hubiese autorizado la devolución, lo hubiésemos tramitado sin problema.

Al no poder ser, lamentablemente, lo único que podemos ofrecerte es el máximo descuento en una futura compra.

Créeme, en el caso de realizar otra compra, nos comprometemos a dejártelo a precio de coste para compensarte.

Entrega súper rápìda. En todo momento me mantuvieron informado.
Tenía miedo porque no conocía la tienda pero me sorprendieron mmmmmuuuuyyyy gratamente.
En cuanto a los productos comprados, genial!!!! Más baratos que en otras tiendas. Calidad la esperada.
