La sartén es de un material excelente y duradero.
Para mí solamente puedo ponerle una pega y es que el propio calor que transmite la sartén va hacia el mango desmontable y nada que tocas la parte metálica..te quemas.
Considero que es un tema que deberían tener en cuenta y solucionarlo lo antes posible ,porque el mango desmontable es muy práctico pero claro ..si te vas a quemar no sirve de mucho que se pueda desmontar.

Son buenísimas ya las uses antes pero claro después de 10 años el mango de la sartén como eran de madera se acabaron rompiendo y las tiré después de estar unos años comprando sartenes medianamente buenas no le llegaban a la altura de las stoove por eso me decidí comprar otra vez una plancha y otra sartén de 22 con tapadera, y muy contenta los mangos han cambiado para mejor mi marido que es cocinero le ha dicho a su jefe que compre esas sartenes para el restaurante y después de renegar un poco por el precio ahora también están contentos

Muchas gracias por su comentario, el mango como usted dice lo hemos cambiado a mejor hace ya 5 años, muchos clientes decían que tenían problemas con el mango de madera, y lo que comenta que tenía la sartén hace 10 años ya es mucho, ojo!!! como me dicen muchos clientes, las teneís que vender de peor calidad porque duran mucho, jaja, no se trata de eso, se trata de vender calidad a buen precio, un saludo.

Muy buena. El único problema que le veo es que las plaquitas metálicas que tiene el mango para poder quitarlo, cuando vas a girar una tortilla si no te das cuenta y se te van las manos ahí queman. Eso en la otra versión de sartén no pasa.
