hola, todo genial, sólo que siendo el mismo modelo de camilla que ya tenemos en la clinica, han cambiado alguna cosas, como por ejemplo el posa manos delantero, bastante cómodo para los pacientes, ya que les permitía colocar sus manos ahí y relajar brazos, en esta última lo habéis eliminado. Por lo demás todo bien. Gracias.

He adquirido varias camillas de Naggura y, en general, son productos estéticamente impecables y muy funcionales, algo que valoro enormemente en mi trabajo diario.
Si bien es cierto que he tenido algunos problemas técnicos a lo largo de los últimos años, quiero destacar muy positivamente la respuesta de la marca. Especialmente el trato de Edgar, quien ha estado atento en todo momento, realizando un seguimiento cercano de mi caso.
Aunque inicialmente se enviaron técnicos y el problema persistió, finalmente optaron por realizar un cambio de equipo. Tanto el departamento de Servicio Postventa como el Comercial han tenido un comportamiento de 10: atención rápida, eficaz y sin complicaciones.
Hoy en día, encontrar un soporte así se agradece muchísimo.

Productos excelentes, no hace falta hablar sobre ello, está claro. Lo que quizás poca gente conoce es el servicio post venta. Tuve un pequeño problema con un producto y en tiempo récord, el día siguiente estaba el problema solucionado. Son una empresa excelente. Rápidos, profesionales y productos de altísima calidad. La camilla da mucho golpe al bajarla y subirla tanto que ha roto el suelo en varias ocasiones de la clínica, según comentan los del servicio técnico es golpe de la camilla es el normal para esas camillas. No recomiendo comprarla si no es para suelo de caucho
