Buenas tardes,

Lástima que no sean de su agrado, pero realmente nos extraña mucho, ya que es un rodamiento de gran relación calidad y precio, envasado por numerosas marcas conocidas, con decenas de ventas mensuales sin queja alguna.

Respecto a la devolución, es normal que le pueda salir cara o no compensar, por ser un pedido de muy poco valor. Pero como ya le dijimos y se aclara en las condiciones de venta, puede hacer el pedido del material correcto y el servicio de recogida de la devolución se le tramita gratuitamente. Entendemos que lo desestima, según las conversaciones por whatsapp.

Gracias una vez más, en caso de que en alguna ocasión futura necesite ayuda antes de pedir, estaremos encantados de ofrecer nuestro apoyo.

Ha solicitado en su envío la entrega en Oficina de Correos y tiene el paquete en el punto de recogida desde el pasado 19 de Septiembre. Una vez que se entrega en la oficina de correos, es el personal de correos el que debe informar una vez da de alta el paquete. De igual forma, haremos las consultas pertinentes a la empresa de paqueteria.

Rodamientos pedidos por la tarde y entregados a las 2 de la mañana a más de 1000 Km de distancia.
Por otro lado quiero sugerir qué los rodamientos qué yo quería realmente eran los Enduro Max 6381 12x21x7 los de acabado en color negro y guardapolvos rojos qué son los originales en el sistema de basculante de la Orbea Wild. Siendo una máquina muy vendida , muy necesario su mantenimiento y vds. especialistas consideren en disponer del material original para su sustitución.
