El envío no ha sido recibido, tras dos intentos de entrega fallidos no se sabe dónde está, Mrw no da señales de vida. Os pido información sobre el mismo, gracias.

Pasaremos nota para un nuevo intento de entrega. Son dos las ocasiones que han intentado entregar y sin localizarlo, ni siquiera por teléfono.

Esperamos que vuelvan a sacarlo en reparto y no sea motivo de devolución a origen. Si no está localizable, siendo un pedido de entrega por la mañana al haber elegido MRW14H como paquetera, deberá coger el teléfono o devolver la posible llamada y concertar nueva entrega o recogida en franquicia.

De todos modos, tiene un teléfono y mail de contacto para estos asuntos, no siendo una valoración negativa el método. Nuestro servicio se presta adecuadamente, es usted quien no está localizable.
