La tablet llego en el tiempo establecido, en cuanto a la atención al cliente, si no llega a ser por la atención recibida por la tienda de Valencia, en vez de 5 estrellas ( que es lo que se merece esa tienda ) os pongo un cero, la tienda de Barcelona que es la que me realizo el envío no me hizo ni caso cuando pedí ayuda por whasapp, la tablet llegó sucia, el cargador que enviaron con ella no era de esa tablet, el puerto usb roto. Por que es la que necesitaba mi hija para estudiar y vuelvo a repetir, la tienda de Valencia hizo todo lo que estuvo en su mano para ayudar, si no se va de vuelta a Barcelona.

Hola Cristina, gracias por tu review, hemos intentado contactar contigo vía e-mail o por teléfono pero no hemos conseguido obtener respuesta a fecha . Nos gustaría darte una solución para que tu compra sea mas satisfactoria sobre todo por el tema de la webcam.
En cuanto a la batería, una duración de dos horas por un equipo reacondicionado esta dentro de la media .

Estoy contenta con la compra porque es un portátil potente y resistente, pero tiene algunos inconvenientes como que la batería solo dura dos horas, la cámara web no funciona bien y no se ilumina la tecla de bloqueo de mayúsculas.
Por otro lado, mandé hace dos semanas un email explicando la situación de la cámara y preguntando qué tenía que hacer para conseguir que me lo cambiasen por otro que funcione correctamente, y a día de hoy aún no me ha contestado nadie.
