Siempre compro el aceite primeros días de cosecha porque es el mejor aceite que he encontrado. Siempre busco aceites de la máxima calidad en distintos comercios y tiendas gourmet, pero el de Olivar de Plata lo supera.

éste año está muy bueno como siempre, quizá esta cosecha ha salido un poco menos sabrosa como otros años, lo noto un poco menos ácido que en años anteriores que me resultó un poco más verde e incluso llegando a picar un poco.
Cada año es imposible que salga la cosecha igual, pero sigue siendo un aceite espectacular.
