Soy consumidor desde hace tres años de vuestro aceite, me gusta comparar cada nueva cosecha, la de este año 17/18 tiene el sabor tan extraordinario como los anteriores, lo que si he notado es el color mas verde oscuro como si hubiera habido menos sequía y el verde es más intenso. Sólo decir que el que prueba un aceite de vuestra calidad ya no retorna a la del super. Saludos.

Muchas gracias Manuel. Te cuento mi truco, para comparar cosechas, congelo un poquito del año anterior, para compararlo en igualdad de condiciones. Porque obviamente cuando haya Olivar de Plata 18/19 este de ahora ya tendrá un añito, y habrá perdido facultades.

Este año he notado el aceite mucho mejor que los otros dos años, algo más oscuro y sabor mas fuerte.

Es genial que te haya parecido mejor que el de años anteriores, aunque piensa Jorge que cada uno tenemos nuestro paladar y nuestros gustos. Desde luego nosotros trabajamos porque cada año sea mejor, aunque al ser un producto de cosecha todos los años tiene su carácter propio.
