El producto y la atención al cliente muy buena , la empresa de transporte no tanto
Periodos largos de entrega, y lo último,tras realizar un pedido y esperando un tiempo prudencial(mas de 1 semana) no teníamos noticias de donde estaba el envío, llamada a atención al cliente y me dicen que el paquete está roto, que al día siguiente me envían uno nuevo y así fue

A mi gatito le encanta. La marca MACs es de muy buena calidad. Siempre compro la comida húmeda y el pienso KA, pero en esta ocasión he querido cambiar y probar este pienso y también ha sido un éxito. Se nota que lo que vendéis es alimentación natural y de calidad. ¡Enhorabuena!

Era mi primer pedido y estoy encantada, tanto por la atención al cliente, donde me solucionaron todas mis dudas con respecto al pienso que más le convendría a una gatita que tengo con IBD como por la rapidez con la que recibí mi pedido y lo bien empaquetado que venía. Estoy feliz de que a mis 3 gatos les guste el pienso y sobre todo que a la gatita enferma de IBD le siente bien. Volveré a comprar sin duda.

Buenas tardes, estoy muy contento con el pienso para los gatos, desde que lo comen tienen el pelo muy suave y brillante. Por lo que me decidí a probarlo también con mi perro, estoy todavía en la fase de adaptación a este pienso mezclándolo con el suyo, pero he notado que le produce muchos gases, lo cual me preocupa mucho pues tiene alergias alimentarias, y no sé si se deberá a que no le sienta bien. Por ello estoy planteándome dejar de dárselo, a pesar de ser un pienso hipoalergénico (que es lo que me hizo atreverme a dárselo). Les agradecería si me resuelven está duda. Muchas gracias

Excelente, tengo una colinia de gatitos y la verdad que con este pienso estan muy bien lo comen genial y les gusta mucho.
Muy contenta con el trato y el servicio, son gente estupenda, llega muy rápido el pedido la calidad del pienso es muy buena y el reparto sin problemas.
