Caja entregada rota, la Bolsa de pienso rota también. Pienso desperdigado por la caja y por tanto en condiciones deplorables. El transporte deja mucho que desear.

Por lo que nos indicas, se trata de una incidencia producida durante el transporte. Aunque la manipulación de los paquetes por parte de la agencia de transporte queda fuera de nuestro control, siempre nos hacemos cargo de gestionar este tipo de incidencias cuando nos las comunicáis, realizando la correspondiente reclamación y buscando una solución para el cliente.
