El pedido siempre es estupendo excepto el servicio de entrega. Correos express siempre marca como entregado sin estar el pedido entregado, tienes que llamar o visitar la base y tardan en localizarlo. Mal servicio de entrega

Lamentamos mucho los problemas que estás teniendo con las entregas.. Nos gustaría que, en estos casos, siempre nos lo comuniques para que seamos nosotros quienes mediemos con la empresa de transporte y así no tengas que perder tiempo ni llamando ni yendo a la base.. Le compré el pienso excellence de bola pequeña a un gato de 16 años que tengo en acogida y no lo comía, en cambio ahora he cogido el feral y parece que le gusta más, quizás por el formato. Las latas de Macs que son la base de su alimentación le gustan, tanto la de aves/vacuno/arandanos como está última que he cogido de pavo/vacuno/arandanos.

¡Hola! Gracias por contárnoslo, sentimos mucho que a tus peques no les haya convencido la bebida de verduras 😔 Cada peludo tiene sus gustos y a veces rechazan aquello que no conocen. Si has probado con el de verduras te animo a que les ofrezcas el de pollo ya que suele ser más palatable para ellos.

Si quieres, podemos recomendarte otras formas de ofrecérselo ya que la bebida sola a veces no les llama la atención. De todos modos, estamos aquí para echarte una mano en lo que necesites 💛

Al estar todos los ingredientes hidrolizados, tanto los de origen animal como vegetal, para mi perro con algunas alergias alimentarias es importante.
Además la palatividad es buena, solo un pequeño pero, ya que mi perro es un Pastor Aleman, el tamaño de la croqueta me parece algo pequeña.
Conclusión una solución alimenticia genial.
