Todavía no lo he recibido ni parece que la entrega vaya a suceder en breve y se atreven a mandar una encuesta de satisfacción? Solucionen sus problemas de distribución y luego hablamos. Impresentable mandar por Correo ordinario un paquete de e-Comerce a dia de hoy.

Hola J. Daniel, sentimos el retraso en el envío. También nos gustaría aclarar que los envíos que hacemos por Correos son con un servicio precisamente pensado para e-Commerce y no un servicio ordinario (no llevaría número de seguimiento si fuera así). Sin embargo, a veces hay retrasos en sus procesos que se escapan a nuestro control y no les es posible cumplir el plazo que en la mayoría de casos cumplen. También nos gustaría añadir que ofrecemos otras opciones de envío más urgentes y al que puede optar el cliente durante el proceso de compra.
En cuanto a su envío, hemos realizado la pertinente reclamación para que se entregue lo antes posible.

De nuevo nuestras disculpas por el retraso.

Tienda totalmente recomendable, buen producto, excelente rapidez de envío, lo pedí un lunes por la mañana y el martes por la tarde lo recibi en Madrid. Me surgió una duda justo al finalizar la compra en la web de si el producto estaba en stock, y llamé a la tienda para hacer la consulta. Me tomaron nota del pedido para verificarlo y en menos de un minuto ya me estaban llamando para resolver mi duda. No he podido quedar más satisfecha! Totalmente recomendable!
