Atención al cliente perfecta. El costo del envío se vio incrementado de manera significativa (+25€ sobre costo inicial) por gastos aduaneros, cosa que me parece excesivo.

Hola Sergio Miguel,
Debido al Covid-19, Correos ha dejado de ofrecer servicio para envíos comerciales y la única opción es por mensajería. Al ser envío a Canarias y llevar tramitación aduanera, conlleva unos gastos adicionales que ciertamente son más elevados con las mensajerías que con Correos. Sentimos no poder ofrecer otra alternativa en estos momentos.
