Pongo una estrella porque no me permite calificar con 0. Hice el pedido online, en la web decía que lo entregarían en 24 horas. Tardó 5 días, ya que solo después de haber realizado el pago, me informaba la web que no había stock. Este aviso debe ponerse ANTES de realizar el pago, si no, es un engaño.

Dado que no puedo contestar a su respuesta, lo hago modificando esta opinión, añandiendo que NO es cierto que me llamaran, fui yo quien llamé para quejarme, y efectivamente acepté posteriormente el retraso. Es obvio que aunque aparezca la disponibilodad dwl artículo, no es claro el dato.

Hola Daniel,

Te pedimos disculpas pero la disponibilidad del producto se muestra justo debajo del botón "Añadir al carrito". Igualmente, en el mismo día te llamamos por teléfono para indicarte la falta de stock y el plazo de entrega (Hiciste el pedido un viernes y se te envió el lunes), pasando de ser 24 horas (laborables) a 48 horas, y aceptaste el plazo indicado por lo que no entendemos la valoración que nos has dado. De nuevo, disculpa si la compra no fue como esperabas.
