I paid extra money for the shipping so that I could get my items within one day at home. Not only I didn't receive it on time. It took several days later to get an email stating that I also had to go & collect it from their courier service.

We are sorry for the inconveniences but the courier tried to deliver your order the day after shipping it (as the service says) but you were not at home. The very same day (not several days later) we sent you an email asking you to contact the courier (not asking you to collect it from their office). Again, our apoligies for the inconveniences experienced.

I ordered bose A20. When i received and opened the box the headset cable was srcatched. I can definitely tell this headset has been used before. Surprised how something that expensive would arrive to me in such condition.

Excellent help in choosing the charts I needed, dispatched them separately because one wasn't in stock, though it arrived a day later. Also great help when the courier company couldn't find my address. The one thing I would suggest is an option to use the regular Correos for delivery - it would be both cheaper and more reliable.
