Contraté envió 24 horas, hice el pedido un miércoles a las 14:00 de la tarde y me llego el lunes siguiente a las 12. Nada de servicio 24 horas, pero el precio de 9,50€ si lo cobraron.

Hola Lourdes,

Sentimos lo ocurrido. Al haber realizado el pedido a las 14:00, éste no se envía hasta el día siguiente (esto se indica en la parte superior de la web de forma permanente). Lo habitual es que en península se entregue en 24 horas por lo que se entregaría el viernes pero al ser Baleares, la entrega suele ser en 48 horas (esto se indica en la sección de envíos de la web). Por tanto, 48 horas laborables desde el jueves resultaron en entrega el lunes (los fines de semana no computan como laborables a efectos de entregas para las mensajerías). Sentimos que todos estos factores hayan provocado ese retraso en la entrega.
