Lo que no hay en Pontejos es que no existe. Esta tienda es increíble y guarda el encanto de su decoración de mercería antigua. Las personas que atienden son super amables. Pero hay una cosa que no funciona bien y es el nuevo sistema de fila única en la puerta y luego "pedir la vez". Siempre que he ido desde que está este sistema, los clientes se quejan de que no funciona. que la gente se cuela y que está más desorganizado. Mucho mejor cuando había número en casa sección.

Tras realizar el pedido un sábado a las 14h. El lunes solicité por teléfono, siempre que fuese posible, que tuviesen preparado el pedido antes de las 13h para recogerlo. Al poco tiempo me llamaron indicándome que estaba preparado y lo recogí rápidamente.
