Se produjo un error en la entrega (me llegó un paquete vacío) pero llamé por teléfono, expliqué el problema, me atendieron muy amablemente, me pidieron disculpas y me enviaron el pedido muy rápido y naturalmente esta vez sin cobrarlo pues ya se había pagado. Por todo ello mi opinión es muy buena una vez superado el susto del paquete vacío.

Estoy muy contenta al haber descubierto la posibilidad de comprar on line en mi querido Almacén de Pontejos (Ubillos) a quien asocio a mi niñez y adolescencia. Vivíamos en C/ Concepción Jerónima y estaba muy cerca. Aedo, Cobián...me fascinaban todas. Ha sido todo un hallazgo para mí y les felicito por haberme facilitado mis compras de mercería y labores. Tengo 89 años y continúo cosiendo y tricotando.
