El producto es tal y como se describe en la web. Desde que realicé el pedido hasta que estuvo listo pasaron no más de un par de horas y además de recibir el aviso por el email, muy amablemente me contactaron por teléfono. Una atención de 10. Fue muy cómodo realizar la compra online y pasarme a recogerlo sin tener que hacer colas. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

He recibido mi trolley topos ideas dentro de plazo, muy bien empaquetado, a un precio muy competitivo (inmejorable), la comunicación con Pontejos perfecta, han respondido a mis dudas las veces que he llamado por teléfono. No doy 5 estrellas (habiendo sido 100% buena la compra)por los gastos de envío porque son confusos, por peso producto y caja en un principio me dijo la chica que serían entre 4,99€ y 5,99€, a la hora de pagar fueron 9,99€. GLS pone que pesa 5kg, y Pontejos lo califica como 14kg, llamé para aclarar la contradicción y la explicación fué que cobran por volumen. Deberían de especificar bien la forma de cobrar los gastos de envío. De todas formas recomiendo Pontejos , la experiencia fué muy buena a pesar de los gastos de envío me compensó la compra.
