Es la segunda vez que hago este pedido, me llega un mail de la empresa de transporte como que ha sido entregado en mi buzón, firmado con mi nombre pero con un DNI que no es el mío. Cuando he llegado a casa en el buzón no hay nada.

Es una lucha conseguir turno. Aunque hagas cola siempre hay una vieja que se te cuela por la puerta lateral o porque se las saben todas y los dependientes se desentiendes. El sistema de atención no es el mejor, pero ellos sabrán. Antes solía haber de todo. Ahora cada vez hay menos. Stock viejuno y calidad cuestionable. Para comprar producto chino, se lo compro a los chinos directamente y mas barato. Gracias

Todo como me esperaba. Las ballenas de 8 mm .cumplen su función con los corset y el lápiz d prym parece marcar con precisión. La rapidez en la entrega es un plus. Contenta como siempre.

Muy mala experiencia. El pedido lo han enviado mal y no me ha llegado, Tampoco me han llamado por teléfono para ver qué pasaba. En internet pretenden cobrarme 11 € por traerlo de nuevo a un lugar cercano a mi casa y 14 € por traérmelo a mi casa. Lo que había comprado ya valía menos de los 4 € que costaba inicialmente, por lo que es inviable. estoy llamándolos, pero nadie coge el teléfono. Me urge tanto lo que he pedido que he vuelto a comprarlo (y, créanme, se lo he comprado de nuevo a ustedes porque no conozco ningún establecimiento donde vendan ballenas de camisa). Terrible el servicio de GLS, agradecería que me devolvieran el dinero de mi primer pedido.
