Extraordinario, tiene todo lo que no puedes encontrar en otro sitio, además la tienda es una preciosidad, afortunadamente no han caído en la tentación de " modernizarla" y eso la hace aún más especial. Las personas que atienden son muy competentes y muy amables. Espero que siga igual muchos años más.

Todo correcto, pero en este tipo de labor facilitaría mucho y sería de agradecer que las hebras vinieran separadas de alguna forma por colores o que por lo menos se indicará cuantas hay de cada color. El problema es que el tono de algunos colores es tan parecido que cuesta mucho distinguirlos.
Ya me ha pasado también en un pedido anterior petit point.

La última visita que realicé a este comercio fue el sábado y como en las 4 últimas ocasiones me marche de allí completamente decepcionada con el trato y sin el material. Me estuvieron mandando de mostrador en mostrador, me atendieron hasta 5 dependientes pasándose la bola de uno a otro y sin ningún afán de ayudar, conclusión después de media hora de cola en la puerta, 5 dependientes con sus respectivas esperas entre uno y otro me tuve que marchar de allí sin el producto que iba a comprar (ojo y no fue por no lo tuvieran) y con la sensación de haber perdido mi tiempo. Siempre intento comprar en comercios de este tipo para apoyar pero sinceramente parece ser que les sobran los clientes y cada día los cuidan menos.
