El envío ha sido muy rápido. Los productos han llegado en perfecto estado y bien embalados. En general estoy muy satisfecha con la compra que he realizado Online. Hace muchos años que compro en Pontejos pero nunca lo había hecho Online y me preocupaba un poco acertar con los colores y tejidos pero los productos son exactamente lo que yo esperaba de ellos. Seguiré comprando tanto Online como en tienda física. Muchas gracias.

Mi puntuación podría ser más alta por el mero hecho de que el sitio tiene de casi todo lo que buscas en merceria, pero doy 2 estrellas porque la amabilidad y la simpatía brilla por su ausencia. Tienen gente por castigo y eso se debería agradecer. Yo sí fuera el propietario desde luego ese no seria mi personal cara al público.
