Es una mercería extraordinaria que tiene de todo pero lamentablemente siempre que acudo a la tienda hay un ambiente de caos.
Una vez más se ha colado gente en los mostradores.
Cuando una persona entra, hace la cola del mostrador al que quiere ir y después se acerca a los demás mostradores para adquirir productos de otras secciones. No hace falta que salga de la tienda y haga una cola de nuevo.Hasta ahí todo bien!!!
El problema es que hay gente que se cuela por la puerta de SALIDA, no pide la vez y alega que ellos ya estaban ahí antes.....Me pasa siempre que voy!!!!
Hoy mismo se me ha colado un señor con una gorra amarilla bastante vistosa, cuando le he recriminado que se estaba colando y no sólo a mí, sino a una inmensa fila de gente educada que había pedido la vez, me dijo que él ya llevaba tiempo comprando en la tienda y me mostró un paquete de hilo Gutterman que supuestamente había adquirido en el establecimiento. Ahí, le pillé con el "carrito del helado", pues todo cliente de Pontejos sabe que todo lo comprado se lleva a la caja y no te lo dan hasta que se cobra!!!!
Por favor, señores de Pontejos, vuelvan a poner la máquina expendedora de turnos que emplearon en la época COVID para que los clientes podamos disfrutar de su establecimiento y de las compras!! Muchas gracias
