Cometí el error de confiar, y me he traído a casa algo que no compré y por el triple de su valor, y eso porque te atiende una persona, te dan un ticket y vas a pagar a caja donde otra persona te da tu compra. Pensé que un negocio tan serio tenía este método más pulido. Por supuesto el error es mío.

El producto me llegó bien protegido y en un plazo de 48h. Hice el pedido un viernes por la tarde desde la tienda online de Almacenes Pontejo y me llegó el lunes a las 12:00h. Además, no tuve problemas en cambiar la dirección de entrega el mismo lunes por la mañana, ya que me encontraba fuera de casa en esos momentos y me lo dejaron en la parcel shop que yo elegí desde la misma aplicación de la empresa de envío. El repartidor se puso en contacto conmigo para asegurarse del cambio de dirección.
