Tienen de todo, pero la atención al cliente es francamente lamentable con muy mal trato y ninguna ayuda. Sensación de "prisa" constante y de sentir que "estas molestando". Esta misma tarde uno de sus dependientes me ha tirado (literalmente) el metro, para que midiese yo misma la cantidad de encaje valencie que necesitaba para una prenda que llevaba de muestra para facilitar la medicion y la compra. Según este dependiente, es política de la empresa (órdenes de su jefe) no ayudar a medir a los clientes ni ayudarles con consultas básicas. Deberían mejorar como tratan a sus clientes. Grandisima decepción.

Suelo ir a comprar y muchos dependientes son majos y suelen ser de gran ayuda, pero por el contraste hay algunos que se pasan de bordes. Escribo esta reseña en negativo por que me ha parecido que burlarse de un cliente con prisa es pasarse de los límites humanos y carecer de las cualidades necesarias para trabajar de cara al público. Que un dependiente desaparezca 8 minutos por unos hilos es comprensible si no los encuentra y te avisa, pero q desaparezca sin decir nada y te quedes esperando tanto tiempo sin saber nada esta feo, pero ese no es el problema, eso es entendible. El problema está en que cuando preguntas a su compañera si sabe algo del dependiente q te atiende por que llevas un rato esperando sin saber nada de el y se burle de ti con los demás compañeros continuadas veces, delante de tu cara, y eso es inaceptable. Si esa persona necesita un psicólogo por que necesita descargar su rabia con los clientes, porfavor proporcionárselo.
