Mi madre y yo llevamos muchos años comprando en esta mercería y siempre nos han atendido y asesorado muy bien. Hoy mi madre ha ido a comprar unas cosas y ha tenido la mala suerte de caerse en plena calle unos metros antes de entrar en la tienda. Ha entrado con el susto, toda llena de polvo y le han ayudado de inmediato, la han pasado a la trastienda, le han curado las heridas que se ha hecho y han estado pendientes de ella hasta que he llegado yo a recogerla. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento al personal que ha estado con ella y le ha ayudado. He podido comprobar que además de ser buenos profesionales son grandes personas y con un excelente trato humano. Gracias.

La verdad que la atención fue asquerosa. Entré con mi familia buscando unas arras para boda (porque nos habían dicho que buscásemos ahí), que es algo común aún, y uno de los dependientes, todos jovencísimos, nos dice con tono de arrogante “el otro día encontró mi jefa algo de eso en un almacén de cosas antiguas, y dijo pero que es esto?! A la basura” dejándonos fatal delante de todo el mundo a grito pelado, como que teníamos costumbres antiguas, cuando realmente no es así y se siguen usando. El chaval en cuestión, sin decir ni una palabra simpática más, se giró y nos ignoró, y mi madre la pobre le pregunta… entonces no tenéis? Y el chaval con poca educación no volvió ni a mirarnos ni a dirigirnos la palabra. Pero eso sí, se reía a carcajadas de nosotros con sus compañeros y clientas, delante de nosotros. En fin, hacer sentir mal a la gente se les da de lujo, ser simpáticos y resolutivos no tanto.
