Sinceramente este sitio hoy me ha decepcionado por completo, he venido desde Tenerife para comprar encajes y accesorios de mi traje de novias y no he podido ser peor atendida. Para empezar te atienden con mucha prisa y corriendo como si estuvieras comprando unas simples cremalleras y encima para rematar el dependiente me porfio que el encaje era blanco y cuál fue mi sorpresa que el color era marfil lógicamente no me valía, al volver a la tarde para poder cambiarlo me decían que no me lo cambiaban insistiéndome que yo debería de haberme dado cuenta del color, esto tras preguntarle varias veces al dependiente y recalcándole lo importante que era que fuera blanco nuclear para que fuese el encaje del mismo color que el velo, su respuesta siempre fue que esto era lo más blanco que tenían, sinceramente acudí a este lugar ya que después de tantos años en el mercado creía que su personal era cualificado y estaría a la altura para este tipo de asesoramientos y encima vas con un problema y en vez de solucionarte lo único que hacen es culparte, actitud que deja mucho que desear de la profesionalidad y la importancia de la clientela para el negocio. En definitiva no volveré más a este sitio ni para comprar botones.. ya que para uno de los días más importantes de mi vida me han atendido de esa manera no quiero imaginar cuando compre cosas del día a dia.
