Muy contenta con la atención al cliente. El pedido se retrasó un poquito con respecto a lo que en principio indicaron, pero la respuesta cuando pregunté por el estado del pedido fue muy rápida y muy amable, por lo que la valoración global es un 10. Muy contenta.

El servicio ha sido inmejorable. No me llegaba el pedido por un problema con la agencia de transportes y me lo solucionaron personalizando la entrega a través de un trabajador de Pontejos. Todo un detalle para atenderme.

Fantástica y tradicional tienda, mercería, botonería o como se llame del lugar de donde vengas. Si necesitas un botón, una cremallera, lana, hilo, agujas, etc etc, todo esta aquí. A metros de Puerta de Sol, centro neurálgico de Madrid, y de Plaza Mayor, esta esta pintoresca y actual tienda para las damas y los caballeros que gustan de la costura. Me sorprendió la cantidad de gente que había esperando fuera cumpliendo con medidas anti Covid-19 y esperando su turno para ingresar. Las vidrieras traen la nostalgia de las viejas mercerías. Lo recomiendo.
