A pesar de ser de Madrid y ver a mi madre coser toda la vida, nunca había entrado. Ayer pasé a comprar algo y me impactó la cantidad de gente que hay trabajando, la rapidez para encontrar lo que buscaba, prepararlo, cobrar... Además, con ese ambiente de comercio de toda la vida que lamentablemente se está perdiendo en Madrid. Genial atención, precios y experiencia de compra.

Cuando hablo de que hay que cuidar los comercios tradicionales y los comercios de barrio, no solo es porque sean una parte fundamental del tejido de nuestras ciudades (en este caso también de manera literal), es porque como te asesoran en esta tienda no lo hacen en ningún sitio online por mucho que sea cómodo comprar desde el sofá.
Y sobre todo es porque hay gente fantástica como Diego y Franco (de botones, la mejor sección) que me han atendido increíblemente bien.
Si leéis esto, gracias por hacerme sentir menos perdido y que nos podamos reír los tres de cuál es la mejor forma de hacer un disfraz de star wars. Estoy deseando hacer el siguiente para volver a preguntar.

Pésima atención. El otro día fui a comprar unas asas de bolso y la mujer que atiende en la sección de botones fue una auténtica grosera, con muy malas formas y una falta de respeto injustificable. No entiendo cómo hay gente así de cara al público. Es francamente lamentable.

Todavía estoy tan enfadada que aún me planteo ir a la tienda a poner reclamación.
Me llamaron para avisarme de que la cremallera invisible especial para NOVIAS que había pedido no estaba disponible, y de que el modelo que tenían era "un poco" más grande. Pregunté si había mucha diferencia, dijeron que no. Pregunté si seguía siendo para novias, dijeron que sí.
Lo que me llegó fue una cremallera anchísima, de dientes enormes, con un cabezal gigantesco y horrendo que además era de un color distinto al resto de la cremallera. Valor tiene llamar a eso cremallera para novias, NO se podía poner eso en un vestido de gasa, y más valor decir que había poca diferencia. Sí me llamáis para avisarme, decidme toda la verdad, o no me aviséis. Pero mentirme por teléfono no tuvo ningún sentido.

Hice el pedido aquí por la velocidad y porque me daba confianza pero sólo perdí el tiempo.
