He ido pocas veces a pontejos porque siempre es mi última opción. Tengo muy mala experiencia ya que la atención es bastante mala, te atienden con prisas y sin ninguna ayuda profesional. Les debe sobrar clientela y les da igual perderla. Una pena.

Llamamos por teléfono porque necesitamos algo muy concreto y nos atendieron muy bien. La mujer fue muy atenta. Gracias a ella pudimos pedir lo que necesitábamos a través de la web y al día siguiente, en menos de 24h el pedido llegó a casa.
