Me encanta, siempre digo "Lo que no tienen en pontejos, NO EXiSTE"
No he tenido jamas problemas con nada ni con nadie, al contrario siempre me han dado buenos consejos ante mis dudas.
Y la verdad que tienen una paciencia infinita, tantas personas pidiendo la vez, haciendo cola para pagar...en fin, gracias por seguir ahí.

Hice un pedido de seis hilos de dmc, para mi madre, por qué aquí donde vivimos,hay pocas mercerías,solo hay hilos de Anchor. Y decidí mirar en la web de la mercería Pontejos de Madrid, por qué allí tienen de todo, que en otros sitios no encuentras. Muchas gracias.

Mi visita al Almacén de Pontejos se centró en la búsqueda de materiales específicos para un proyecto de costura. El establecimiento, ubicado en la céntrica plaza que le da nombre, cerca de la Puerta del Sol, destaca por su fachada clásica y su larga trayectoria, que data de 1913. El interior presenta una gran afluencia de público, lo que refleja su popularidad como la mercería más conocida de Madrid. La variedad de inventario es notable, con una estimación de 80.000 artículos, abarcando desde elementos básicos de costura hasta accesorios más especializados como correas para bolsos o una amplia gama de pompones. La organización del espacio, si bien funcional, se percibe como densa debido a la cantidad de productos y la constante circulación de clientes. Encontré lo que buscaba, aunque el proceso requirió tiempo debido al volumen de existencias y la necesidad de esperar asistencia. Es un punto de referencia para cualquier labor.
