En Pontejos hay todo lo que se pueda ocurrir y más para cualquier manualidad: hacer prendas de moda o del hogar (costura, punto, ganchillo, macramé, cuentas, patchwork, tapices, etc.). Me llevaba mi abuela cuando era una niña, y sigo yendo cuando puedo. Para mí, ir a la tienda forma parte del disfrute de planear y hacer una manualidad. Me encantan los mostradores de madera, el ambiente de clientes y empleados, las cosas que descubro para hacer mis labores, el conocimiento de los dependientes que siempre me asesoran tan bien,...
De un tiempo a esta parte además cuentan con una tienda online que funciona muy bien y desde la que me envían la compra a casa. En esta web aúnan las ventajas que tiene la tecnología para hacer las compras, con su buen hacer y excelente trato al cliente de toda la vida. En mi último pedido me lié, e hice dos pedidos consecutivos para enviar al mismo sitio. Me llamaron cuando estaban tramitando los pedidos, me preguntaron si quería que lo mandasen todo junto, y me devolvieron el dinero de los gastos de envío redundantes. La mayoría de los comercios online de cualquier tipo no admiten reducir el envío a un paquete en estos casos, y desde luego no devuelven el dinero.
Seguiré comprando en Pontejos tanto en la tienda online como presencialmente.
