El servicio online fue maravilloso. Lo malo fue en la tienda para recoger los productos ya que no tenía que hacer cola (había una cola enorme), y la persona encargada de la entrada me ignoró hasta que ya un poco de malas maneras le llamé la atención. Un poco incómodo. Luego todo perfecto, volveré.

Desde hace años estaba deseando poder ir a la famosa mercería Pontejos, así que cuando vi que había tienda online me pasé 6 horas navegando desde el movil, lo miré todo y guardé muchísimas cosas en el carrito. Al día siguiente fui a formalizar el pedido y estaba vacío. Tuve que volver a verlo todo..

Compré varios productos (una liga de novia y una pulsera de azahar) con la opción de que me llegara a casa y me llegó en el tiempo previsto y los productos son de buena calidad. Sin duda volvería a comprar en Pontejos y aprovechando la comodidad de que te llega a casa.
