Es una tienda muy antigua con mucho género y muy variado, la pena es que la mayoría de los dependientes sean antipáticos y soberbios. Tienes que tener muy claro a por lo que vas porque su única preocupación es despacharte cuanto antes, si necesitas ayuda con algo o tienes dudas acerca de lo que te tienes que llevar, es el peor sitio al que ir, en cualquier otra mercería de Madrid te atienden y te asesoran de manera mucho más paciente y educada. Por el tiempo de espera y el trato no merece la pena.

Buena mercería pero creo que debería cambiar su sistema de atención al cliente porque es un horror la cantidad de señoras maleducadas que se intentan colar y los dependientes no hacen caso. Es de las mercerías más antiguas pero no es la mejor ni de lejos.
