Hubo un retraso en el pedido, del que no me informaron. Llamé por teléfono y me dijeron que era por rotura de stock de uno de los productos. Me lo enviaron tan pronto como se pudo. Finalmente muy buena gestión.

They have everything you could possibly need from a haberdashery, and they're very friendly. The line to get in can be long on weekends, but they have a lot of employees so it moves fast.

Excesivo embalaje, para una caja de snaps (que ya tiene su propia caja plástica) había 4 embalajes: un sobre plástico, envoltura de burbujas, una caja de cartón y un sobre plástico.
Es importante no generar tanto residuos para una simple compra, la próxima vez, teniendo en cuenta esto, prefiero no comprar en esta tienda.
