Pese a haber ido otras veces el jueves recibí muy mal trato por parte de un dependiente, concretamente el que estaba en la parte de flecos. Me contestó de malas maneras y me hizo llorar. Soy una mujer de 67 años que necesitaba consejo sobre el fleco de un vestido y tras preguntar varias veces para decidirme me contestó de malas maneras y me dijo él que es que tenía "poca paciencia y que ya me lo había repetido varias veces". Qué pena que unos almacenes tan buenos tengan a gente así trabajando.

Sin duda la mercería más mítica y conocida de Madrid, ubicada muy cerca de la puerta del Sol. El local en sí ya merece una visita, pues conserva el aire tradicional de las antiguas mercerías, tanto en su exterior como en el exterior. Existen varios dependientes, cada uno encargado de una sección diferente. Si no encuentras aquí lo que buscas... es que no existe!
