La verdad que es una henna maravillosa, suave, natural, te cuida el pelo y te deja un brillo espectacular! Mi base es bastante oscura y claro no me quedó el tono tan fuerte como se muestra, pero igual se me ve el color discreto y muy duradero.

En las instrucciones, no se advierte de que si sobrepasas el tiempo recomendado , el pelo te va a quedar naranja en vez de rubio.
El servicio de atención al cliente ( WhatsApp) es pésimo, tarda en contestar, poco amable incluso tuve que insistir porque no contestaba a los mensajes solicitándole ayuda para el color anaranjado. Me culpabiliza por el mayor tiempo de exposición , que no dice en las instrucciones y se supone que siendo plantas , no va a pasar nada. Y después de repetidos mensajes pidiendo una solución, no se interesó en absoluto por si lo había solucionado o no. Nunca me preguntó.

Brown+caramel+cassia, aplico y la dejo actuar por unas 3 horas, durante ese tiempo me voy poniendo al sol, y aunque tengo el cabello prácticamente blanco de media cabeza hacia la frente, este es el resultado con una sola pasada. El color y el volumen son espectaculares

He utilizado Cocoa Henna para hacer transición a mi color natural castaño, desde coloración con mechas rubias de peluquería.
El resultado ha sido muy bueno. Matiza la raíz, disimula el cambio de color y cubre la mecha durante bastante tiempo... resultando en un color mas unificado mientras va creciendo mi pelo natural.
Además, noto el pelo mas gordito y mas cerrado. Sin frizz.
Si tienes alguna cana, la matiza de maravilla!

Lo recomiendo 100%

Los pedidos llegan muy rápido. Son muy confiables y los productos de gran calidad.

Después de una semana desde la compra de un producto, no lo he recibido. Al contactar con RES, me piden que les de "unos minutitos" para mirar a ver que ha pasado y tres días después todavía no me ha contactado nadie para darme una explicación. Al pagar a través de PayPal he podido abrir un caso y me han abonado el dinero. Muy mal servicio y nula atención profesionalidad.

Yo tengo psoriasis en la cabeza, y lo llevo utilizando un mes y medio, y ya no tengo la psoriasis. Que me despertaba por las noches rascándome. Con respecto al pelo, me duran limpias las raíces de 2-3 días. Estoy muy contenta, sobre todo por poder dormir.
