Absolutamente nefasto. El pedido no llegó a tiempo, te llamé por teléfono, me atendiste para decirme que no me preocupara que lo ibas a solucionar y nada de eso. Todo lo contrario, después te llame durante 3 dias más y no me cogiste el teléfono, y eso que llamé desde dias distintos. No recomiendo esta WEB de ninguna de las formas. Peor imposible

En ambos aspectos totalmente inaceptable. El envio por MRW fatal, en tiempo y forma. Y la Atención al cliente de Regalantes.com peor aún. No coger el teléfono no es la solución para afrontar un problema. Gracias por nada, no volver a comprar nunca mas en tu página. Nada recomendable. Mejor no abandonar la web cuanto antes.

Si, he hecho mi segundo pedido con regalantes, pero estoy esperando a que se tramite el envío. Hice el ingreso del pago el jueves 1 de mayo, pero por lo que parece todavía no se ha registrado el ingreso y el pedido está paralizado. He mandado un correo a la dirección de contacto, para ver si se puede agilizar el tema de alguna manera, porque me urge bastante recibir el pedido, pero todavía no he tenido respuesta.
